For Products Shipped by Us
We want you to feel confident while shopping with us. If you need to return a product, we’re happy to assist within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions: you received an expired product (though this is highly unlikely), you were charged more than the MRP, or the product is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered. To process a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original tags, box, and packaging. Please note that temperature-sensitive products are not eligible for any returns.

For Products Shipped Directly by the Seller
We understand that returns for products shipped directly by sellers can sometimes feel complicated. While we may not process these returns ourselves, we will fully support you and coordinate with the seller to resolve the issue. Simply email us at kumar1300icloud@gmail.com, and we’ll take care of the rest. Products shipped by sellers will be clearly mentioned on the product description page.

For Orders Not Yet Shipped
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at kumar1300icloud@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, the above return policy will apply.

For Products Damaged in Transit
We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they reach you safely. However, if your order gets damaged during transit, please do not accept the package and return it to the delivery agent. Inform us immediately via email at kumar1300icloud@gmail.com, and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
